As we continue to expand, we are looking for a seasoned Practice Manager to lead day-to-day operations across one or more of our thriving locations. Position Overview The Practice Manager will oversee daily business operations, team performance, and client satisfaction at one or more med spa locations. The ideal candidate has a strong leadership presence, a deep understanding of the aesthetics industry, and a proven track record of growing and managing successful teams and practices. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of one or multiple med spa locations Lead, train, and support front desk staff, providers, and support teams Ensure consistent, high-quality client experiences and satisfaction Manage schedules, payroll, inventory, and vendor relationships Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to improve revenue, retention, and operational efficiency Ensure compliance with all state regulations and company protocols Support business development, marketing campaigns, and client outreach Act as a liaison between upper management and clinical staff Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of management experience in a medical spa or aesthetic practice Strong leadership and team-building skills Proficient in EMR systems, scheduling, and CRM tools Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Deep knowledge of aesthetic treatments and services Ability to travel between locations, as needed Professional, polished, and patient-focused demeanor What We Offer Competitive salary: $63,000-$68,000/year bonus opportunities Potential for advancement with a growing brand Opportunity to manage a well-known, respected practice Employee discounts on treatments and skincare Dynamic and collaborative team environment
