Job Description:
A company is looking for an HB Inpatient Second Level Reviewer -
Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Review, audit, and remediate deviations in inpatient facility
coding
Train coding staff and educate workforce members on coding and
documentation
Ensure data integrity and avoid coding-related denials while
representing coding leadership in interdisciplinary meetings
Required Qualifications
Seven years of related auditing experience or a Bachelor's Degree
with three years of auditing experience
Experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations including billing
and collections
Current credentials as RHIT, RHIA, CCS, or a combination
preferred
Minimum of three years of inpatient facility auditing
experience
Experience in a Level I Trauma & Academic/Research Facility is a
plus
