Job Description:
The Administrative Assistant - Clinic plays a crucial role in supporting the Clinic Director and ensuring the smooth operation of a fast-paced clinic environment. This position requires exceptional customer service skills, as the Administrative Assistant will interact with patients, district employees, providers, and other stakeholders. The role involves assisting in both clinical and non-clinical areas of the clinic and providing backup coverage as needed. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong critical thinking abilities, fair and ethical judgment, adaptability to change, and a continuous learning mindset.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Clinic Director with daily operations and administrative tasks.
  
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, staff, and external partners.
  
• Handle scheduling, patient intake, and documentation efficiently.
  
• Support clinical and non-clinical tasks as needed, including backup coverage.
  
• Manage patient records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
  
• Facilitate communication between patients, providers, and other clinic staff.
  
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of medical supplies.
  
  Education:

  • High School graduate or equivalent required.
    
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical office or similar environment preferred.
