Job Description:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and commercial support services to the Lease Crude Acquisition Department.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to

* Handling internal and external customer calls

* Employee Time Reporting input and review

* Report and budget preparation

* Process invoices and expense reports

* Maintenance of departmental files and office supplies

* Calendar management, meetings and travel scheduling

* Deal sheet input and contract review.

* Create, maintain, file, and update Region Crude Oil Purchase Agreements and handling a high volume of contracts and amendments.

Required Skills, Education, and Experience

* HS diploma or equivalent.

* 0 - 2 years of relevant experience

* Must be proficient in MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.

* Strong analytical, communications (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills are a must.

Preferred Skills

* Associates degree or business/secretarial school certification.

* Additional software experience a plus.
