Job Description Established, privately-held O&G equipment
and service company is looking for a Vice President of Engineering
& Manufacturing to join their Midland, TX team . Will lead both the
engineering and production functions, reporting to the Co-CEO. This
role ensures alignment between product innovation, operational
execution, and customer needs. The VP is responsible for leading
engineering design, R&D, and field support, while also
overseeing production strategy, cost controls, and execution
through the Production Manager. This position plays a vital role in
the company’s goal to reduce compressor downtime, scale operations,
and maintain industry-leading performance in a competitive oil and
gas landscape. Responsibilities include: ( more details available

Cross-Functional Collaboration Team Management Qualifications
include: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Petroleum, or
a related Engineering field (required). PE Certification
(preferred). 7–10 years of engineering leadership experience in oil
& gas. 7–10 years in the compression space. 5 years of direct
experience in manufacturing or fabrication leadership. Senior-level
leadership in both engineering and manufacturing settings. Deep
understanding of oil and gas production, compression systems, and
fabrication. High-level budgeting, operational, and team management
experience. Strong interpersonal skills with a servant leadership
style. Strategic thinker with hands-on problem-solving
