Work you'll do
The Licensing Oversight Manager reviews, researches, and analyzes
medical equipment licensing requirements, and develops processes to
determine if a medical equipment supplier has appropriate and valid
license in accordance with federal healthcare program rules.
The Licensing Oversight Manager is responsible for verifying the
overall validity of the licenses for the population of Suppliers.
The Role requires a comprehensive knowledge of state laws,
regulations and policies related to Medical Equipment Licensure
across multiple states.
The Licensing Oversight Manager will manage a medium size team of
specialists to execute the verification tasks, and must have
demonstrated supervisory experience, including leadership, team
building and staff development skills. The Manager will advise on
the development, maintenance and modification of a complex workflow
system, as well as identify automation and quality control
processes to mitigate potential errors in manual data entry.
