Essential Functions

• ---Provide leadership to CNG and Facilities Technicians to execute the maintenance plan and achieve business objectives.
• ---Coordinate the day-to-day operations of employees through assigning, monitoring, and reviewing progress and accuracy of work.
• ---Develop and execute robust preventive maintenance (PM) program including recurring inspections and services, as well as alerts to detect and prevent potential equipment failure.
• ---Develop and execute spare parts strategy to balance standing inventory while minimizing downtime.
• ---Bring ideas forward to continuously improve service quality and business performance.Assist and/or lead in implementing ideas as applicable.
• ---Develop maintenance KPI's and operating rhythm with team and report out on a regular basis.
• ---Assist in developing strategies on how to scale the newly launched Power Solutions business while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• ---Collaborate with engineering to implement testing, commission equipment, gather data, and advise on new equipment designs.
• ---Monitor expenditures and ensure employees properly track repairs on equipment.
• ---On call 24/7 and uses logic, judgment and data to determine effective solutions for personal issues and malfunctioned equipment.
• ---Develop and execute strategies on how to leverage resources in other business lines
• ---Assist in developing training program architecture and content. Ensure the training program is delivered effectively and all personnel reaches the appropriate competency levels.
• ---Recruit, onboard, train, assess, and manage all CNG Technicians
• ---Participate and/or lead discussions with customers as needed in HAZOPs, new job reviews, or ad-hoc conversations.
• ---Participate in product design reviews and drive continuous improvement with constant and direct two-way interaction with the Power Solutions engineering team.
• ---Act as a key stakeholder in digital platforms and remote connectivity interfaces. Ensure the platform meets the needs of the team and business.
• ---Has an active role in assigning mentors to entry and lower level technicians during repairs.
• ---Works under no supervision with freedom to act in regards to work methodology.
• ---Ensures that all assigned staff participates in all company or customer provided training.
• ---Perform hands on work as needed to execute projects.
• ---Perform other duties as assigned. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • ---Experience with compressed natural gas equipment.
  • ---Experience developing and managing preventative maintenance software and systems.
  • ---Advanced ability to use Microsoft Office suite, and web-based applications.
  • ---Maintains composure in highly stressful or adverse situations.

  • ---Complies with all company and client Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) practices and guidelines.
  • ---Ability to perform mathematical calculations (including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division) is also required.
  • ---Able to learn and integrate new technical skills and knowledge. Maintains current knowledge in field of expertise.
