Candidate provides senior-level technical direction or advice for problem definition, approach methodology, analysis of findings, recommendations, and implementation for complex or extremely complex projects and assignments associated with software implementation, project management, and software quality assurance. The Candidate maintains schedules and ensures delivery for software projects; directs/coordinates project execution between the applicable parties; and communicates and addresses project risks/impacts. Candidate will have experience in leading enterprise-level commercial software implementation, project management, and software quality assurance. Candidate may operate with some latitude for un-reviewed action or decision.Basic Qualifications:This position requires a BA or BS degree, or equivalent, plus fifteen years related experience. Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.Successful drug screen.Must be a US citizen.Preferred Qualifications:An advanced degree is desired.
