Summary of Responsibilities
The purpose of this role is to develop delivery excellence in
Project Engineering Management and direct the management of
integrated design solutions. Its remit stretches through initial
project evaluation and conception, to project handover and
closeout
Education and Experience
Required
- Education - Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- 5 years of managing multi-cultural teams in several geographic
locations multi-cultural teams
- Professional Engineering (PE) License obtained by accredited
examination.
- Project Management Qualification / Accreditation such as APM,
PMI
- Dual use and Export Control Classification Officer Preferred
- A Master's Degree or PhD from an accredited college or
university in Engineering.
- Professional Engineering (PE) License obtained by accredited
examination.
- 10 years of full design project lifecycle experience. Primary
Functions
- Ability to analyze project requirements and critical success
factors
- Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing cost
predictability
- Experience of and be skilled in managing ambiguity and being
confident to take accountability for creating a governance
model
- Experience of managing complex contractual relationships
- Demonstrable able to building teams of highly performing
professionals, convey the strategy and build a team accountable for
delivery of the project
- Solid knowledge of leading project management techniques
- Skilled in leading project teams responsible for implementing
the engineering/design strategy and deliver against appropriate
objectives with minimal supervision
- Extensive knowledge of the EPC/m contractor, major ESP and
construction supply markets and will have gained insights into
their relative strengths and weaknesses and will have the ability
to leverage relationships with key members of supplier's leadership
teams to advantage Urenco
- Proven track record in managing contract delivery, protecting
the owner's contractual position at all times and preventing the
likelihood of claims
- Conversant in business English

Job Details
- The work location for this position is Urenco USA, Eunice,
NM.
- Work Schedule: Professional work schedule/ with minimal night/
weekend support. Some nights and weekend work may be required.
Employees are also subject to call-outs as needed.
- Travel Required: 15% of the time or less as required.
- Security Clearance Requirement: Controlled Access Area (CAA)
Access and an L or Q level security clearance is required.
