Our team ensures high quality, consistency and reliability for all products throughout the complete life-cycle of our flexible pipe systems manufacturing.

The Manufacturing Manager is responsible for managing operations, businesses, units, or parts of a production facility in order to reach defined targets in quality, cost, delivery and safety.
As an Operation Management, you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring continuous business improvement according to benchmarks and standards. Team management of salaried employees. This does not include production supervisors who oversee hourly employees.
• Redefining processes and procedures on a regular basis and require frequent interaction with adjacent functions (e.g. engineering, planning, maintenance)
• Handling latitude in manufacturing techniques. Manufacturing process requires choosing right approaches. Employees should have technical know-how.
• Leading a small manufacturing unit with a budget > 1.5 million.

  To be successful in this role you will:
  
  • Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Manufacturing). Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Operation Management.
  • Be likely to have strong oral and written English communication skills, interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to influence others and lead small teams.
  • Posses the ability to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact as well as the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously
  • Have effective problem identification and solution skills in addition to proven analytical and organizational ability.
