Telecommute Technical Account Manager and Developer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
Working to resolve complex technical problems
Delivering proactive guidance to the customer
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
Good knowledge of RESTful technology
Previous work with APIs and
ability to understand and troubleshoot issues with cloud
Skilled in troubleshooting network connectivity issues
An understanding of TCP/UDP, and basics of SSL/TLS
