The successful General Manager will be responsible for profitably
managing all aspects of the operation, including food & beverage
Specific duties include:
Build and maintain positive customer and client relations by
providing efficient, quality services and products.
Oversee and coordinate the activities of all management personnel
and oversee supervision of associates.
Responsible for opening and closing of all THS concepts.
Train employees in company policy and procedures, including
GuestPath, and ensure quality performance.
Maintain proper implementation of sanitation procedures, conduct
inspections, and ensure proper repair and maintenance of food
Will interview and schedule associates.
Verify sales reports, cash audits, cash handling, payroll
accounting reports, and provide statistical planning.
Responsibility for maintaining brand standards set forth by the
Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations
regarding liquor, sanitation, payroll, employment and EEO.
A minimum of 5+ years experience in a management role, managing
multi-units in a food and beverage environment.
Must have strong oral and written communication skills and

Strong managerial skills required; ability to work independently
and demonstrated initiative, leadership and team building skills
Experience within the airport industry and with branded concepts is
Bachelor's degree in Business Management is strongly preferred
