    • Great company culture that encourages a team environment and personal development--Position:-- Employment Specialist--POSITION SUMMARY: The Employment Specialist is responsible to complete the applicant and hiring processes for Field Staff (Caregivers) and back office, complying with regulatory regulations and contractual obligations as applicable to and appropriate to each category of staff.----What does an Employment Specialist do?
      • Coordinate and manage the hiring process for back office and field staff from interview through hiring including but not limited to application, certificate verification (if required), background check, personnel file preparation, reference verification, non-clinical agency orientation.
      • Participate in recruiting activities attend community job fairs to market Agency employment opportunities, reach out to applicable community resources to recruit appropriate personnel.
      • Coordinate and manage field staff compliance consistent with Texas State regulations and/or licensure requirements including but not limited to monitoring, tracking, scheduling and document filing.
      • Conduct internal auditing of personnel files consistent with the Agency's policy and procedures.--Additional Expectations:
        • Comply with applicable legal requirements, standards, policies and procedures including, but not limited to the Compliance Program: Code of Conduct, HIPAA and Documentation Standards.
        • Maintains a commitment to the values and mission of AccentCare.
        • Additional responsibilities as assigned by one's supervisor or other manager related to the position/department.--What we look for in a qualified candidate:
          • Minimum 3 years of experience of general clerical duties
          • High School diploma required
          • Bachelor's Degree preferred
          • Must have a Valid Driver's License
          • Working knowledge of recruiting procedures
          • Able to communicate effective, both orally and in writing
          • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
          • Ability to gather data, compile information and prepare reports
          • Basic data entry skills
