Medical Laboratory Technologist - Microbiology
Our client near Midland, Texas is seeking a full-time permanent
Medical Technologist to join their laboratory staff to focus on
Microbiology. Ideal candidates will have at least one year of
experience, however, all experience levels will be considered.
Interested candidates must have previous training in Clinical
Microbiology AND hold ASCP certification or national equivalent to
be considered.

Responsibilities of the Medical Technologist - Microbiology
Abide by laboratory protocol and procedures
Must be comfortable with the workload that comes with larger
facilities
Provides information for patient diagnosis and treatment by
performing laboratory tests in microbiology
Able to use various types of machinery, lab equipment, and complex
computer programs to perform the test.
Requirements of the Medical Technologist - Microbiology
ASCP certification or national equivalent
Trained in an accredited MT program
