• Monday - Friday, 8a-5p
• On-site clinic for employees and their family members
• Average 2-3 patients per hour
• Ages 2 and up
• Workers compensation injury treatment/triage
• Post-offer/Pre-employment exams
• Annual employment physicals
• EMR: eClinical Works
• Anticipated start date; 2/1/2022REQUIRED:
  • BC/BE
  • Comfortable seeing ages 2 and up (Could see adults only with NP seeing kids)
  • 3-5 years of MD/DO experience
  • Dispensing license
