Registered Nurse (RN) | Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care Location: Odessa, TX Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $2,898 per week Shift Information: Nights - 4 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Provide direct, high-quality care to critically ill patients in the ICU Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and vital signs continuously Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans Requirements ACLS and BLS certification TNCC or TCAR certification NIH Stroke Scale certification Minimum 6 hours of stroke education (can be provided if needed) EKG course completion (can be provided if needed) Benefits Medical & Health Insurance Benefits from first day for All Clinical and Patient-Facing Employees. • 401K Plan. • "Your Way is Paid" – we pay for ALL employment requirements, onboarding, physicals, titers, etc. • $300 - $600 REFERRAL BONUS
