Registered Nurse (RN) | Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Location: Odessa, TX Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,054 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/24/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified NICU RN in Odessa, Texas, 79761! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: NICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours (19:00 - 07:00) Experience: Minimum of 2 years in specialty License: Active nursing license required Certifications: NRP and STABLE required Must-Have: - 2 years minimum experience in NICU - Experience with patient ratio management - Charting experience in Cerner preferred Description: High-risk Level III NICU environment. Responsible for providing care to neonates in critical condition. Must be able to perform necessary interventions and manage complex cases. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams is essential. Daily responsibilities include monitoring patient vitals and administering medications. Effective communication skills are necessary to liaise with families and team members. Adherence to established protocols and guidelines is mandatory.
