As a Respiratory Therapist at Encompass Health, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing patient outcomes and advancing your expertise in a supportive and expansive healthcare setting. Assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with various respiratory ailments Operate and manage various types of respiratory care equipment Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective patient care plans Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions and proper use of treatments and equipment Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines and safety standards Proficient in using respiratory care devices and equipment Strong analytical and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) preferred
