Job Description:
Encompass Health Corporation is seeking a dedicated and skilled
LPN-LVN II to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in
providing top-notch patient care within our comprehensive network,
which includes inpatient rehabilitation hospitals and home health
and hospice agencies. The ideal candidate will be someone who
thrives in a nurturing environment, ensuring that all patients
receive consistent, compassionate, and high-quality care following
our exceptional service standards. As part of our team, you will
work closely with interdisciplinary groups to maintain and improve
our patients' health and wellness. Monitor, record, and report
symptoms or changes in patients' conditions Maintain accurate,
detailed, and timely patient records Administer nursing care to
ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients Advise patients on
health maintenance and disease prevention Collaborate with
registered nurses to administer prescribed medications Assist with
patient rehabilitation and treatment plans Comply with all safety
and health regulations Strong practical nursing skills Excellent
interpersonal and communication abilities Ability to work
effectively in a team-oriented environment Detail-oriented with
proficient documentation skills Comprehensive knowledge of
healthcare protocols and procedures Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current LPN or LVN License Basic
Life Support (BLS) Certification
