Registered Nurse (RN) | Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care Location: Odessa, TX Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $2,234 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in Odessa, Texas, 79761! Provide direct patient care to critically ill adult patients in the ICU. Perform advanced assessments, interpret cardiac monitoring, and manage ventilators. Administer medications, IV therapies, and life-saving interventions as ordered. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Monitor, document, and promptly respond to changes in patient condition. Educate patients and families regarding treatments, procedures, and recovery processes.
