Position: RN-ER-Emergency Department (Travel/Contract) We're hiring
experienced RN-ER-Emergency Department for a 12-week contract in
Midland, Texas — earn up to ($1965 - $2069 per week) while
providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates
will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the

high-quality emergency care to patients in the ER. Monitor and
assess patient conditions and respond to emergencies. Engage in
continuous learning to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient
outcomes. Participate in ongoing professional development and
training programs. Utilize performance metrics to improve personal
and team effectiveness. Document patient care activities and
maintain accurate medical records. Adhere to safety protocols and
infection control measures. Assist in triaging patients based on
severity of conditions. Manage time effectively to meet patient
care demands and departmental goals. Educate patients and families
on health management and emergency procedures. Contribute to a
positive work environment through teamwork and accountability.
Experience/Qualifications Current RN license in Texas with ER
experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to assess and respond to
emergency patient needs. Commitment to continuous learning and
professional development. Experience collaborating with
multidisciplinary teams in a healthcare setting. Strong
documentation skills for accurate patient care records. Ability to
manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of
safety protocols and infection control measures. Experience in
patient education and health management strategies. Willingness to
participate in performance metrics and team evaluations. Positive
attitude towards teamwork and accountability in the workplace.
