Job Description ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel
nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Midland,
Texas. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: OR - Operating
Room - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/30/2026 - Duration: 16 weeks
- 40 hours per week - Shift: 10 hours, days - Employment Type:
Travel Opportunity: /n RN - OR /n/n Job Details: /n • Work variable
shifts with either 3x12s or 4x10s with rotating days off /n•
Flexible schedule that varies each week with no guaranteed set days
/n• Call required averaging 3-6 days in a 28-day cycle /n• Weekend
coverage averaging every 4th or 5th weekend /n• 36 hours of
orientation provided /n• Work with 13 operating rooms and daily
census of 35-40 patients /n• Care for patients of all age groups:
infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics /n• 2
years of nursing experience required /n• Travel experience
preferred /n• Required certifications: PALS, ACLS, BLS (AHA), TNCC
/n• Michigan nursing license required with LARA and Nursys
verification /n• Cerner charting system experience preferred /n•
Must be comfortable with general, orthopedic, neuro, trauma, and
ENT procedures /n• Pediatric experience preferred /n• Experience
with extensive surgical procedures including robotic surgery,
laparoscopic procedures, trauma cases, and specialized surgeries
/n• Strict attendance policy: 3 absences or being more than 20
minutes late results in immediate termination /n• Must complete
skills checklist within one year of application /n• Local radius of
50 miles applies /n/n Facility: /n This healthcare organization
