Position: RN-ER-Emergency Department (Travel/Contract) We're hiring
experienced RN-ER-Emergency Department for a 16-week contract in
Mccamey, Texas — earn up to ($1965 - $2068 per week) while
providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates

winners. Responsibilities Provide high-quality emergency care to
patients in the ER. Participate in ongoing professional development
and training programs. Contribute to achieving departmental targets
and performance metrics. Collaborate with medical staff to ensure
effective treatment plans. Engage in performance evaluations to
track personal growth. Stay updated on the latest emergency care
practices and technologies. Monitor and document patient progress
and response to treatments. Assist in triaging patients based on
severity of conditions. Communicate effectively with patients and
their families about care plans. Adhere to safety protocols and
maintain a clean work environment. Participate in team meetings to
discuss patient care strategies. Utilize electronic health records
for accurate patient documentation. Experience/Qualifications Valid
RN license in Texas with experience in emergency care. Willingness
to participate in ongoing professional development and training.
Commitment to achieving departmental targets and performance
metrics. Proven ability to handle high-stress situations in
emergency settings. Strong communication skills for patient and
family interactions. Experience with electronic health records and
patient documentation. Ability to collaborate effectively with a
multidisciplinary medical team. Experience in patient triage and
prioritizing care based on severity. Knowledge of safety protocols
and maintaining a clean work environment. Ability to monitor and
