Nurse who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of
patients and families with a focus on rehabilitation and recovery.
This position requires a blend of clinical expertise, compassion,
and enthusiasm for patient well-being, ensuring the highest
standards of care are maintained at all times. Assess patient
health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care
plans, and maintain medical records. Administer nursing care to
ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients. Advise patients
on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case
management. Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in
patients' conditions. Maintain accurate, detailed reports and
records of patient care and treatment. Participate in the
multidisciplinary team to discuss and evaluate patient care.
Maintain continuing education to stay current with medical and
nursing best practices. Strong clinical skills with proficiency in
patient assessment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle stressful situations and emergencies with
composure Proficient in using healthcare software and patient
management systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license BLS/ACLS
certification from the American Heart Association
