Job Description:
Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to

stage of the recovery process. Provide direct and individualized
nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific
nursing principles. Monitor patient health and document patient's
condition, ensuring compliance with EHR requirements. Collaborate
with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate integrated and
comprehensive care. Administer medications accurately, observing
patient response, as indicated by nursing standards. Educate
patients and families on health care and post-treatment recovery.
Ensure that the care provided meets the unique, physical and
psychological needs of each patient. Maintain safe and clean
working environments by complying with procedures, rules, and
regulations. Strong clinical skills with a foundation in
evidence-based practice Excellent interpersonal communication
skills Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team
Proficient in using healthcare software and systems Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Active Registered
Nurse license in the state of practice CPR certified Advanced
Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
