This pivotal role is responsible for developing and leading educational programs that enhance the knowledge and skills of our healthcare professionals, ensuring exceptional care delivery across our facilities. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of clinical expertise and educational acumen to foster an environment of continuous learning and improvement. Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical education programs tailored to the needs of staff across various levels. Collaborate with healthcare teams to assess training needs and ensure alignment with the latest clinical practices and regulations. Lead and mentor a team of clinical educators, promoting best practices in adult education. Oversee the maintenance of educational records and compliance with all accreditation and regulatory requirements. Stay updated with advancements in the field of healthcare education and integrate innovative teaching methods and technologies. Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in developing educational materials and programs Ability to evaluate and improve training effectiveness Knowledge of current healthcare regulations and accreditation standards 401k Certified Nurse Educator (CNE) preferred Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
