In this role, you will support a variety of patient care tasks, including the administration of medications, monitoring of patient health, and assisting with daily living activities in both facility-based and home-based settings. Administer medications and document therapeutic effects Take vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration) Assist with patient comfort and anxiety relief Provide patient education and support tailored to individual needs Assist physicians during treatments and examinations Maintain accurate records and reports Advocate for patient needs and optimal care delivery Proficient in administering medications Adept at using medical software for patient records Excellent observational skills Strong organizational and teamwork abilities Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current LPN or LVN license in the state of practice CPR/BLS certification IV certification preferred
