As a Respiratory Therapist, you will play a critical role in treating patients with breathing or other cardiopulmonary disorders, ensuring effective respiratory therapy is administered according to the patient's condition and our high standards of care. Assess and evaluate patient needs related to breathing disorders, and implement appropriate treatments Operate and manage life support mechanical ventilation systems Administer aerosol-based medications and maintain associated records Educate patients and families about their conditions and teach appropriate disease management techniques Collaborate with interdisciplinary medical teams to modify and optimize therapies Monitor and consistently document the progress and treatment outcomes of patients In-depth knowledge of respiratory care procedures and equipment Excellent patient assessment skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team Proficient in handling and troubleshooting respiratory care equipment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Respiratory Therapist license Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT)
