Job Description:
Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join
our integrated healthcare services team. As a leader in post-acute

facility-based to home-based settings in 42 states. This role
demands a compassionate professional who can deliver exceptional
patient care and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary
team members to enhance patient outcomes. This position allows the

excellence and continuous improvement in patient care. Provide
direct nursing care according to the prescribed patient treatment
plans. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care
collaboratively with the health care team. Maintain accurate,
detailed patient care reports and medical histories. Administer
medications and monitor patients for reactions or side effects.
Educate patients and their families on illness, wellness, and
preventive healthcare. Supervise and mentor LPNs, nursing
assistants, and new registered nurses. Stay updated with the latest
best practices in nursing and healthcare. Strong clinical skills in
a hospital and home health setting. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Proficiency in electronic medical record
(EMR) software. Ability to handle stressful situations and make
decisions under pressure. Flexibility in shift assignments and work
areas, including potential home health duties. Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse
(RN) license in the state of employment. Basic Life Support (BLS)
certified; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
