Job Description:
Encompass Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled
Registered Nurse to join our team and contribute to our mission of

throughout the post-acute continuum. As a Registered Nurse at
Encompass Health, you will play a critical role in enhancing
patient outcomes and transforming the standard of care in a
supportive and dynamic environment. Assess patient health problems
and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain
medical records. Administer nursing care to ill, injured,
convalescent, or disabled patients. Advise patients on health
maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management.
Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patient's
conditions. Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records. Modify
patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and
conditions. Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to
assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans. Strong
interpersonal and communication skills Proven ability to make quick
and accurate assessments of patient conditions Capability to
effectively manage time and prioritize tasks Expertise in creating
a supportive and collaborative team environment Medical Insurance

license BLS/CPR certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
