Job Description:
Seeking a BC/BE Neonatologist who is a collaborative team player
with excellent interpersonal skills to join our exceptional team in
beautiful San Angelo, TX. Highlights: - Join a team of 7 OB/GYNs
and 8 APPs: as well as 15 Pediatricians and 5 APPs - 7 days on & 7
days off, and on-call 24 coverage, can be from home - This position
will coordinate care and medical manage newborns born premature,
critically ill, or in need of surgery - Physician will facilitate
rounds to provide active management of NICU patients. Including but
not limited to vent weaning, nutrition adjustments, lab reviews and
meeting with families - Hospital delivers approximately 2000 babies
per year - Cover 4-NICU beds, 10 IMC beds - Newly renovated Women s
and Children s Hospital - Plans for transitioning to a Level III
NICU to enhance the scope of services and expand neonatal care -
