to find a qualified OR RN in Odessa, Texas, 79761! Job Title:
Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Operating Room
Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience:
Minimum 2-3 years strongly preferred License: Active nursing
license required Certifications: ACLS, PALS, BLS Must-Have: Robotic
XI experience Orthopedic, spine/neuro, general/gyn experience Some
ENT and ophthalmology experience Experience in pain management,
urology, vascular, and trauma level 2 Description: This position is
for the Main Operating Room. Candidates are preferred to start
within the next 3-5 weeks. Friday to Sunday schedule with no call
required. The role requires experience with various surgical
procedures. The ideal candidate will have experience in pediatric
general OR and trauma. Skills in operating room techniques and
patient safety are essential. Candidates should demonstrate the
ability to handle multiple surgical specialties. Experience with
Cerner charting system is required. Knowledge of infection control
practices and safety protocols is essential. Flexibility and
teamwork in a high-pressure environment are important. Strong
communication skills and patient-focused care are expected. This
position may include a mix of routine and emergency procedures.
Candidates must comply with all operational protocols and
guidelines. Documentation and accurate record-keeping are required.
