Date: ASAP About the Position OBGYN Opportunity in Texas Join a
well-established OB/GYN program at a 220-bed hospital serving the
growing Permian Basin region. This collaborative practice
environment features a family-centered NICU and a strong
multidisciplinary care team, providing physicians with exceptional
clinical support and the opportunity to build a busy, rewarding
practice with earning potential at the national 90th percentile.
Practice Setting Balanced practice with a mix of clinic and
hospital-based care 60% Obstetrics / 40% Gynecology Average patient
volume of 20-25 patients per day Strong multidisciplinary support
allowing physicians to focus on patient care Schedule & Call 4.5
clinic days per week with 0.5 dedicated surgical day Standard
operating hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM 1:3 call rotation (practice call
only) Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation structure
including base salary, RVU productivity, and annual bonus
