Dialysis experience License: Active RN license to practice in the
state of Texas Certifications: BLS and CPR required Must-Have:
Experience in outpatient dialysis is essential. Familiarity with
Braun dialyzer machines and CKG-TIME EMR is preferred. Description:
Immediate need for a Dialysis Nurse. The position primarily
involves outpatient dialysis services. There may be occasional 1:1
dialysis care for admitted patients. The role includes a guaranteed
36 hours per week, covering three shifts on Monday, Wednesday, and
Friday. Staff meetings are held monthly, typically lasting two
hours on a Tuesday. No weekend or holiday shifts are required
unless a holiday falls on the designated working days. The unit has
a staffing ratio of 7-10 patients with 2-3 Patient Care
Technicians. Typically, 2-3 clinical nurses are available for 15
patients. Qualifications do not include specific educational or
certification requirements beyond an active RN license. Experience
in performing assessments, medication administration, care
planning, and foot checks is required. Nurse scrub color is navy
