Job Description:
Encompass Health Corporation is actively seeking compassionate
and professional Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our dedicated
healthcare team. Our organization provides comprehensive
facility-based and home-based patient care through an expansive
network of inpatient rehabilitation hospitals, home health
agencies, and hospice agencies across the nation. This role
involves utilizing specialized nursing skills, collective teamwork,
and the latest healthcare technologies to facilitate recovery and
improve life quality for patients across various conditions. Our
ideal candidate would passionately support our mission to provide
high-quality patient care as part of a collaborative healthcare
delivery team. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care
for patients in accordance with facility protocols. Monitor patient
recovery and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Maintain accurate
patient records and prepare reports on patients' status.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to enhance
patient outcomes. Educate patients and their families on disease
processes, treatment, and home care procedures. Administer
medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Ensure
compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards. Strong
clinical skills in a healthcare setting Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced
environment Proficiency in using healthcare databases and
electronic health records Critical thinking and problem-solving
abilities Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k
Current RN license in the state of practice Basic Life Support
(BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
Certification preferred
