Job Description:

settings. We are currently looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse
to join our dynamic team, committed to improving the lives of our
patients through facility-based and home-based services. Our
Registered Nurses are essential to our mission, ensuring the
highest levels of patient care through the application of nursing
processes and principles. This role involves both direct patient
care and interdisciplinary consultation across our network of
inpatient rehabilitation hospitals, home health agencies, and
hospice agencies. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient
care in accordance with established standards and practices. Record
patient medical histories and symptoms, and maintain accurate
documentation. Administer medications, monitor patient recovery and
progress, and educate patients and their families on continued
care. Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team
members to improve quality of care. Implement patient care plans
and assist in medical procedures as necessary. Provide
compassionate and efficient care tailored to patient needs and
conditions. Stay updated with the latest practices, technological
advancements, and industry standards in nursing care. Strong
clinical skills in a healthcare environment Excellent verbal and
written communication Ability to work under pressure and manage
multiple priorities High level of professionalism and ethical
practice Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems
