We are actively seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) who is committed to providing exceptional patient care and contributes effectively to our interdisciplinary team. In this role, you will manage patient recovery, ensure proper injury care and disease prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation. Ideal candidates will be focused on improving patient outcomes and enhancing the patient experience with Encompass Health Corporation. Assess patients’ condition during every visit and chart your observations Perform evaluation tasks, including vital signs and medication review Administer and manage medication, pain relief, and other necessary treatments Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team members to improve quality of patient care Educate patients and their families on proper home health care strategies and procedures Organize and recommend patients’ discharge planning and follow-up care Proficient in providing complex clinical care Strong organizational and communication skills Compassionate with patient care and a dedicated advocate for patient welfare Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously with attention to detail Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
