Job Description:
Encompass Health is seeking an experienced Occupational
Therapist for a skilled therapy role within our dynamic Healthcare
& Medical Services Department. As part of the Encompass Health
team, you will be integral to delivering high-quality patient care

comprehensive evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans
addressing the unique needs of each patient. Collaborating with our
interdisciplinary team, you will implement therapeutic
interventions and monitor progress to maximize patient outcomes.
You will also educate patients and families, empowering them to
participate actively in their rehabilitation journey and maintain
detailed records of therapies provided. Qualifications include a
Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy, state licensure, and at
least two years of relevant experience. Candidates will thrive in

patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans. Collaborate

accurate patient records in accordance with regulatory and company
standards. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong
