Job Description:
Encompass Health is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist
to join our healthcare and medical services team. In this role, you
will help patients regain independence daily by providing
high-quality occupational therapy in our inpatient rehab setting.
You will assess patients' abilities and limitations to develop
appropriate treatment plans, working closely with a
multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care. With our focus
on patient-centric rehabilitation, you'll implement therapy
sessions that utilize specialized techniques and equipment. You'll
also document patients' progress accurately and adjust plans as
needed, while educating patients and their families on therapy
