Job Description:
Encompass Health is seeking a talented Speech Language
Pathologist (SLP) to join our dedicated team in the Healthcare &
Medical Services department. Known for our high-quality,

diagnosing speech, language, and cognitive-communication disorders
in our patients. You will develop tailored treatment plans and work
collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to enhance patient
care. Documentation and compliance with industry standards are
crucial, as is the ability to educate patients and their caregivers

compensation is competitive, with an hourly wage from $45 to $62
and the potential for performance-based bonuses. Ideal candidates
will have a Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology,
certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
(ASHA), and state licensure. Experience in a healthcare setting as
an SLP for 3-5 years is preferred. Evaluate speech, language, and
cognitive-communication of patients. Develop personalized treatment
plans for various speech and language disorders. Coordinate with
interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes. Document
patient care in compliance with all standards and regulations.
Educate patients and caregivers on methods to enhance communication
skills. Participate in ongoing training and development to improve
