Job Description:
Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Speech Language
Pathologist to join our diverse team of professionals. At Encompass

focuses on assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language,
social communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing
disorders in children and adults. You will work alongside a team of
seasoned healthcare professionals committed to creating
individualized recovery plans that guarantee the best possible
outcomes for our patients. Assess and diagnose speech, language,
voice, and swallowing disorders Develop and execute personalized
treatment plans Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as
necessary Educate patients and families about communication
strategies and treatments Collaborate with other healthcare
professionals to provide holistic care Document patient care and
progress comprehensively and timely Strong understanding of
speech-language pathology practices and techniques Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively
in a multidisciplinary team Strong analytical and problem-solving

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language
Pathology (CCC-SLP) Valid state license in speech-language
pathology
