We are looking for a dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist to provide expert respiratory care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospitals. You will assess patient respiratory functions, administer respiratory therapies, and ensure the comfort and health of patients with breathing or other cardiopulmonary disorders. This role requires a combination of clinical expertise and compassionate patient engagement, supporting our commitment to the highest level of care. Assess patient respiratory function using clinical data and physical examinations. Develop and implement respiratory care plans and modify them based on patient response. Operate and maintain various types of respiratory care equipment. Educate patients and families on lung health and disease management. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to improve patient outcomes. Stay current with new therapies and technologies in respiratory care. Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records. Expertise in mechanical ventilation and airway management Ability to perform diagnostic respiratory care procedures Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in using medical software for patient care management Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current state license as a Certified Respiratory Therapist or Registered Respiratory Therapist BLS Certification ACLS preferred
