Job Description:
Encompass Health Corporation, a leader in integrated healthcare
services, is seeking a dedicated LPN-LVN II to join our dynamic
team. This position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive
environment that focuses on patient-centered care in both
facility-based and home-based settings. As an LPN-LVN II, you will
play a crucial role in helping patients achieve optimal recovery
and health through personalized nursing care. You will collaborate
with a multidisciplinary team to implement treatment plans, manage
patient care, and contribute to the overall mission of Encompass
Health by providing exceptional care and support. Provide nursing
care according to physician’s orders and in conformance with
established protocols and procedures. Monitor patient conditions
and report changes to the healthcare team. Administer medications,
maintain accurate patient records, and ensure compliance with
healthcare policies. Educate patients and their families on
treatment regimes, disease prevention, and health improvement
strategies. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate
integrated and comprehensive care. Strong clinical skills in a
healthcare setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team Detail-oriented with
strong organizational skills Competence in administering
medications and understanding of medical procedures Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current LPN or LVN
license CPR certification
