Give us a call opt 1 Job Details: - Shift: 12H Days - Total Weekly Hours: 36 - Certifications: NIHSS, BLS, ACLS, NRP, AWHONN Advanced, AWHONN Intermediate, FHM - Trauma Level: - Facility Specific Job Notes: Required Experience and Qualifications:/n- Start date within the next 3-5 weeks preferred/n- Minimum commitment of 13 weeks/n- NIHSS, BLS, ACLS, NRP certifications required/n- Previous Charge Experience: Required/n- Years of Experience: 2/n/nPreferred Experience:/n- Charting System Experience: Preferred/n- Cerner charting system experience preferred/n/nSkills Required:/n- Facility births/month 200-300*/n- High Risk Antepartum*/n- Interpretation of dysrhythmias*/n- Insulin drips*/n- Forceps/vacuum extraction*/n- Hemorrhage/shock*/n- Antepartum, Labor & Delivery, LDRP/n- Sterile speculum exam, NST, Reflex checks, Sterile vaginal exam/n- EFM, Internal Fetal Monitoring, IUPC placement and calibration/n- Recognition and Treatment of abnormal fetal heart rate patterns/n- Administration of blood & blood products, Drawing Venous Blood/n- Starting and maintaining IVs, Use of infusion pumps, medications as mentioned/n- Assist with high risk delivery, Vaginal delivery, Circulate/Recover C-Section/n- APGAR scores, Baby Nurse, Epidural and General Anesthesia/n- Pain assessment, Breastfeeding Support, Foley catheter management/n- Fundus/lochia/perineum care, Postpartum Hemorrhage, Pregnancy induced hypertension/n/nPatient Care Experience:/n- Patient Age Groups: Neonates, Infants, Adults/n- Rotate through triage, antepartum, labor, circulate, transition (no post-partum)/n/nCompliance Requirements:/n- Pending license accepted with submission, must be active before start/n- Local Radius: 50 miles/n- An on-site drug screen covering specified substances will be conducted.
