Midland Memorial Hospital has over 450 medical staff with all
sub-specialty support except pediatric sub-specialties (referrals
to Covenant Children's or Cook Children's Hospital)

Midland is a family oriented, very friendly, community. The
practice staff and physician have close relationships and easygoing
work environment. Midland has a collegial medical community placing
high value on physician-to-physician relationships.
# of Pts/Day seen in Clinic:
20 -30/day. The staff schedules so that these numbers can be met
with a mix of new and follow-up visit patients. The practice has
scheduled 10-15 new referrals per day - there will not be a ramp-up
time needed to meet any productivity goals.
Avg. # of Procedures Performed
Current in-office procedures are EMG, Nerve Conduction Studies,
Injections and IV Infusions
Percentage of IP & OP:
Outpatient with perhaps 1-2 inpatient consults per month from
Monday -Thursday: 8am-5pm with 1 hour lunch
Friday: 8am-12pm 1pm-5pm (Administrative)

No call burden.

Midland Memorial Hospital (MMH), 474-bed licensed - utilize and
staff 250+ beds. NICHE dedicated unit.

Employment through Premier Physicians with income guarantee from
Midland Memorial Hospital to support salary and incremental
expenses for first two years.
$15,000 reimbursable relocation expenses
Fringe & other benefits:
Paid CME (travel & CME fees) & licensure expenses up to $5,000.
Sign-on bonus or resident stipend paid until residency program
