Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Non-CDL Parts Delivery Driver to join our team. As a Parts Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering automotive parts and supplies to our customers in a timely and efficient manner. This role does not require a Commercial Driver's License (CDL), making it an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy driving but do not meet CDL requirements. Your primary goal will be to ensure accurate and prompt delivery while maintaining excellent customer service.Duties/ Responsibilities: Safely and efficiently operate a non-CDL delivery vehicle to transport oilfield parts and supplies.Plan and organize daily delivery routes based on scheduled deliveries, traffic conditions, and customer requirements.Verify and load the correct parts and supplies onto the delivery vehicle, ensuring proper handling and securing of items to prevent damage.Follow established delivery schedules and prioritize deliveries based on customer needs, time constraints, and traffic conditions.Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of orders, resolving any delivery-related issues or concerns, and addressing customer inquiries professionally and courteously.Maintain accurate records of transactions and deliveries.Conduct routine vehicle inspections and perform basic maintenance tasks such as checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and reporting any mechanical issues to the appropriate personnel.Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations, including defensive driving techniques and safe handling practices for automotive parts and supplies.Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate picking and packing of orders, as well as maintaining proper inventory levels and organization within the delivery vehicle.Communicate effectively with the dispatch team, providing regular updates on delivery status, delays, or any other relevant information.Maintain a neat and professional appearance representing the company positively at all times.Qualifications: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Knowledge of local roadways, traffic patterns, and alternative routes.Ability to interact professionally and effectively with customers.Basic knowledge of parts and supplies is preferred but not required.Ability to navigate and use GPS or other navigation tools effectively.Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 pounds) on a regular basis.Good time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet delivery deadlines.Attention to detail and accuracy in handling and documenting deliveries.Reliable, punctual, and responsible with a strong work ethic.Flexibility to work additional hours, including weekends, when necessaryH&B Pipe and Supplies is an Equal Opportunity Employer - All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regards to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or protected veteran.
