Prepare meals following prescribed recipes and nutritional guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen according to health and safety regulations. Monitor inventory and report necessary supplies and equipment needs. Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure dietary restrictions for patients are met. Adhere to all food hygiene and safety standards as required by the health facility. Assist in menu planning and ensure efficient meal delivery to patients. Proficiency in a variety of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment Strong understanding of safety and sanitation regulations Ability to follow detailed instructions in dietary services Capable of physical stamina required for standing, lifting, and carrying supplies Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with healthcare staff and patients Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k ServSafe Food Handler's certification Any local or state-specific food handler's certification required
