Prepare daily meals for patients based on specific dietary requirements Ensure strict adherence to safety and hygiene standards in food preparation Collaborate with healthcare professionals to understand and meet the nutritional needs of patients Regularly inspect kitchen equipment and ensure maintenance is carried out as needed Manage food inventory and supply ordering within budget guidelines Adapt menus to accommodate patients' dietary restrictions and preferences Proficient in various cooking techniques and kitchen equipment Strong understanding of health and safety regulations Effective communication and interpersonal skills Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail, especially in diet planning and meal preparation Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) preferred Food Handler's Permit required
