This position supports our commitment to providing high-quality, cost-effective care by managing dietary services that cater to the unique needs of our patients across various facilities. As a part of our Food & Beverage Operations team, your primary responsibility will be to assist in the preparation and delivery of meals, ensuring dietary guidelines are met and maintaining stellar standards of hygiene and safety. Assist with the preparation and assembly of meals according to dietary specifications Deliver meals to patients while adhering to health and safety protocols Record food temperatures and report any discrepancies to the supervisor Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment Collaborate with dietitians and healthcare team to meet the dietary needs of patients Manage inventory and stock supplies while minimizing waste Knowledge of sanitation regulations Ability to follow nutritional guidelines and recipes Strong communication and interpersonal skills Capability to operate kitchen equipment safely Attention to detail and precision in task execution Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Food Handler's Certificate (preferred) Certification in safety and sanitation protocols (a plus)
