Job Description:

In this position, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation, delivery, and documentation of food services within our healthcare facilities, following all safety, hygiene, and health standards. Prepare and deliver meals and snacks to patients according to prescribed diets. Assist in the kitchen with the preparation of meals. Comply with health and safety regulations in the handling and storage of food. Ensure the cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas. Record and manage patient's food intake data as needed. Interact positively with patients, staff, and visitors to collect feedback on service. Basic knowledge of nutrition and dietary needs in a healthcare setting. Ability to follow recipes and meal plans. Proficiency in maintaining sanitation standards. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Capability to work efficiently both independently and within a team. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Food Handler's certificate preferred. CPR certification is a plus.
